From the collection of the sadly deceased Gerd Seggelke, a decades-long employee of the Winterberg quarry, which also borders the largest stalactite cave in Central Europe, which was actually discovered by miners about 500 years ago.
Very interesting is the uv reaction, all other calcite shows a yellow, these calcites here have a very different habitus and comes from the other side of Iberg, in the direction to Clausthal-Zellerfeld.
