Dark smoky quartz crystal with naturally etched faces bearing sensational blue free-standing riebeckite fibres in a gap at the crystal base from Mt Malosa. Riebeckite is known from the locality as color agent for "blue quartz" as inclusions but free-standing crystals are a rarity. The fibres show the chatoyant effect when moving the specimen in your hand.
